Signups will close at 11.59PM UK time on November 7, which, in practice, means they close whenever I happen to wake up and start matching on the 8th, so - as long as it's still November 7 somewhere, you can sign up!
(And honestly if you ask nicely I'll probably give you the 8th as well, this will be another small round so I can probably match + get assignments out just fine the morning of the 9th)
